Creative Recreation July Collection

We thought we would showcase some of the new Creative Recreations from the July collection. July yields both mens and womens styles that feature a variety of colors and materials including metallic, pastel and different types of patterns. Included are the Cesario, Cesario Low, Rocco, Ponti, and Luciano in mens and womens sizes. The July styles follow the company’s overall look and keeps things fresh and new. Nike SB Dunk Hi Premium ‘Shoe Goo’

If you’ve ever skated, you no doubt have heard of Shoe Goo. The sticky glue that helps prolong the life of your sneakers have inspired a pair of SB Dunk Hi Premiums. The translucent yellow midsole references the colour of Shoe Goo after it dries. Materials include crinkled leather and treated canvas. The sneakers are now available at Arktz.

ALIFE x Nas – NYC Exclusive T-Shirt & Lighter Pack

To coincide with the release of hip-hop artist Nas‘ new album this Tuesday, July 15th, ALIFE will be introducing a very special pack on the same day. The ALIFE x Nas Pack will consist of an all-black t-shirt, with “ALIFE – N.Y. State of Mind” statement silk-screened to the front in bold fonts. On the rare is a small “ALIFE Nas” print on the lower right corner. This special pack also include a handy disposable lighter with similar ALIFE Nas print on all-black backdrop.

Limited to 100 units only, the ALIFE x Nas – NYC Exclusive T-Shirt & Lighter Pack will only be available at ALIFE New York flagship store. And if you are in Japan this week, be on the look of another special Nas collaboration with Swagger.

George Carlin x Manik Skateboards “7 Last Words” Tee

Manik Skateboards, out of Seattle, has made big moves in the industry within the last few years, rocketing their production into a wide range of products. To celebrate the life of the late comedic legend, George Carlin, Manik produced a limited run of tee’s appropriately titled the “7 Last Words” commemorating his epic standup performance in 1978 that eventually landed in the lap of the US Supreme Court because of its uncut, brutally vulgar comedic nature. The tee’s feature a portrait of Carlin with the extreme 7 words on the back which were off limits when it came to television airing. Available now at select Manik accounts including 5&A Dime.

The Future of the Air Jordan – Air Jordan 2009

According to ajordanxi over at Sole Collector, with all the speculation surrounding the future of the flagship Air Jordan, some confirmed sources have revealed what’s upcoming for the world’s most famous signature. Starting in 2009, the Air Jordan will no longer follow a numerical installment like the past (I – XX3) but rather be named after the release year. This means look for the Air Jordan 2009 (not to be confused with Jumpman 2009) later this year.

Marisa Miller x Vans

Known for showing more skin than most, Sports Illustrated cover model and Victoria Secret Angel, Marisa Miller has teamed up with Vans to redesign a few of their core classics. A surf-betty at heart, Marisa has flipped the Slip-On, and SK8-HI with an airbrushed scene of the Santa Cruz shoreline with a strong seventies feel. Other accents include a pink circle motif inner lining, embroidered eyelets, extra laces and her very own tongue label. Available now at www.cmonwealth.com.

Air Jordan Fusion 6 – White Infrared

Here we show you a picture of Air Force One combined with Air Jordan VI to form the Air Jordan Fusion 6. The shoe comes in mainly white with perforated leather and the black tongue from Air Jordan 6. It seems to have a clear vinyl bottom sole with pink accents along the edge. A nice combination of different elements from both shoes. Set to release in 2009.
