We’ve been pretty consistent with updating the site with 2009 previews and catalogue scans, here’s a deeper look into the Nike Sportswear Spring ‘09 line for womens. Included are the Dunk High, Air Force 1 High, Vandal Low, Blazer, and Metro.
All styles feature new color-ways and materials/patterns/designs, including the Dunk HIgh that consists of different colored panels and a variety of materials. Keep an eye out for these Sportswear models to hit store shelves next Spring. Via SneakersBR.
A day ago we reported new pictures of the Nike Be True Dunk High Nylon featuring black and gold, more pictures of a similar model have been spotting online. A silver and red nylon Dunk High is seen above compared to the Vandal High that it was modeled after. However, the Dunk is altered a little bit, a silver grey upper is combined by a red swoosh and blue sole. Still no word on official release date. Via Ken Lu.
Vans‘ Herringbone Pack features the herringbone pattern applied to two different models, the Mt. Edition LX and Era LX. The more suble Era LX sports the herringbone pattern along the side, heel and tongue.
While the Mt Edition LX is seen wiht more of the pattern spread out through most of the shoe. Both styles are available in two different color-ways for each, black and blue. Now available at select Vans retailers and Ripe.
In only a few days, the latest installment of the on-going Countdown series will hit stores. The new pack consists of the IV Jordan IV in a ‘Black/Cement Grey – Fire Red’ and a Jordan XIX ‘Black/Chrome – Varsity Red’. Although the official release date is slated for July 19th, a few pairs are already available on eBay.

Coup De Grace’s new Fall collection will be hitting stores soon. The new tees further strengthen the young brand’s already distinctive style. The graphics are bold, eye-catching, and thought provoking. The collection will be available at the end of July, but Robust Flavor is now accepting pre-orders.

It’s official. Terry Kennedy has left Ice Cream Footwear to become a member of Supra’s skate team. Although a few weeks ago, there were already rumours that he’d be leaving after he uploaded an image on his MySpace wearing a pair of Supras, news has now come straight from the horse’s mouth. Supra’s website have also confirmed the report. So far, no word on when the shoe will be out. Stay tuned.

Producer turned rapper turned fashion designer, Kanye West, has now landed a new deal with Absolut Vodka, as one of their new “spokespeople” for the premium liquor company. Here is what should be the first of many “Kanye Vision’s” or Absolut viral commercials featuring the Louis Vuitton Don himself to the tune of a classic N.E.R.D record.

The New Balance 576 was designed specifically with the US running market in mind. However, when it debuted in 1988, the 576 received mediocre interest from the running community. Instead, the supple support of its ENCAP and C-CAP structures made it a surprise hit among athletic walkers. From there on, urbanites in Tokyo fashioned it on the streets of Harajuku and transform the 576 from a simple utilitarian gear into a fashion statement. TIn celebration of the 576’s 20th anniversary, New Balance is creating a limited run of the classic in special compositions. Made of mostly premium brown suede, the 20th anniversary edition features a lizard-skin pattern print in reflective material on the fore foot and the ubiquitous “N” logo. Available currently at Sold Out (We Sold Out) and selected boutiques worldwide.

Bridge Footwear has just restocked its collection of deadstock older releases, some of which are pictured above; over 150 pairs of kicks in 45 styles have been updated on the website. Including a number of great Air Force 1’s, the DJ Clark Kent Pack (as well as the QK re-release of the Air Max 95 Neon, the inspiration for said pack), and a few Air Jordan V’s, this is definitely a big re-release. Note that this drop barely scratches the surface of their collection, as they have pairs of various other high-profile kicks in stock, such as the SBTG Royalefam Friends and Family Dunks, What the Dunk SB’s, and the Michael Lau BMX Beijing Olympics SB Blazer Highs. Seen the double standards in both quality & design between fitted and adjustable caps. OFFICIAL (Official Crown of Laurel) created a new collection of premium snap back caps. Identical to the premium offerings in every ways as the OFFICIAL fitted hats, the snap back collection will makes its debut this Fall both as a permanent collection and limited edition. To jump start the collection, OFFICIAL will be releasing this “The Officials” cap in retro sports fonts and iconic San Francisco colorways. Look for it to be release on OFFICIAL online store and selected retailers soon.
