Mita Sneakers x Reebok Ex-O-Fit “Gucci Strap”

Mita Sneakers is no stranger to the collaboration game, having in the past worked with Asics and New Balance, just to name a few. Now, Mita Sneakers is teaming up with Reebok to work on what many consider a more affordable alternative to the Nike Air Yeezy silhouette- the Reebok Ex-O-Fit. This pair consits of perforated and ostrich leather, with a predominantly black upper that also sports grey on the toe box and white on the sole. However, the Gucci colors inspired straps are easily the most attention-grabbing part of this shoe. With a reported release date of this Saturday, October 3rd, how many of you are actually feeling the way that the played-out Gucci color scheme was executed on this shoe?

ROCKSMITH – Fall 2009 Video Lookbook

Directed by Lazio Jefferson, ROCKSMITH’s new video lookbook for Fall 2009  highlights the sights and sounds of Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Rocksmith Spring 2009 Collection | Delivery 2

Rocksmith, the brand that lives between New York and Tokyo, will be releasing their second delivery of the Spring 2009 Collection soon. We give you a first look at the new styles for both men and women. The dance crew, The Amount Boyz, were featured in the photoshoot. Recently we gave you a look at the Rocksmith Fall 2008 t-shirts. Here we take a look at their second delivery goods, mostly consisting of cut & sew pieces. In this preview you see the Slash Leather Jacket, Red Leather Butters and the Sno Life Jacket. As you can see the brand with roots in NYC and Tokyo is stepping up and for the first time offering outerwear this season, while still using the poppy colors that we are used to see from them.

Another nice piece we present you here is the GFC x Rocksmith Zip Front Rugby. Mickey Factz is one of the GFC artists.

Rock Smith Fall 2008 Tees | Delivery 1

Mixing space age style and classic hip-hop reference, Rock Smith delivers some fresh graphics in their first drop of fall 2008. Nice to see a little nod to Jermain Dupri in the mix, taking from his So So Def Afro man logo, and giving it a little twist. Additionally, even with the ubiquity of PE these days, its hard to go wrong with Flav.

Rocksmith 2008 Fall “Keep Up Collection

Rocksmith has fully conveyed the theme behind their 2008 Fall collection “Keep Up” with this video interpretation. The 2 and a half minute video features the Main Character being pursued by the Space Yakuza. The Main Character features up and coming MC, Theophilus London aka Kapps out of Brooklyn with the whole video shot atop Rocksmith’s Brooklyn office. A total of 5 outfits are seen, including the Roc-Optic Varsity jacket, red leather Butters New Era and Crooks collabo Lumberjack tee.

Rocksmith Summer ‘08 Collection

The new Rocksmith Summer ‘08 collection has landed in stores. The New Era caps we have already shown you a couple of days ago, here now a look at the t-shirts and their stand-out piece, the sleeveless Uptown Jacket. As usual the label uses strong colors and gets inspired by 80’s and 90’s Hip Hop, creating their very own look.
